How reviews work on this site
A review belongs to the job it came from. When somebody in a particular city leaves feedback, it appears on that city's page, with the work that was done and the month it happened — not spread across every page on the site.
That is deliberate, and it is also what Google's structured data guidelines require. Showing a five-star aggregate on a suburb page where you have never worked, built from reviews earned two states away, is a markup violation and it is also just untrue.
Which means some pages show none
A new city page will say it has no reviews yet rather than borrowing somebody else's. That looks worse in the short term and it is the correct thing to do.
What stands behind the work in the meantime is the same regardless: the rate is quoted before dispatch, the scope is written down, and every job is photographed before and after. If the work is not what was described, it gets put right.
Leaving a review
If we have worked on your roof, tell us how it went — including if it went badly, which is more useful to us than the alternative. Mention the city and roughly what the job was, so the review can sit where it belongs.
Call the office or reply to the invoice email. There is no review-gating here: we do not screen feedback before deciding where to send you.
