What the work is
Cold, early, physical, and genuinely satisfying when a ceiling stops dripping because of something you did. Crews run from first light through to dark during freeze events, and the season is intense rather than long.
You will be on roofs in winter conditions, running steam equipment, clearing snow by hand, and talking to homeowners who are stressed. The last of those matters as much as the first three.
What we look for
Reliability first. Comfort at height second. Everything technical can be taught, and we do teach it — fall protection, steam equipment, moisture metering and documentation are all trained in-house.
Backgrounds that transfer well: roofing, gutters, restoration, landscaping, tree work, commercial cleaning, anything outdoors and physical. Backgrounds that transfer badly: none, really, if the first two things hold.
What we offer
Competitive hourly rates with storm-event premiums, fall-protection certification, equipment and PPE supplied, and real paths from technician to crew lead. Seasonal and year-round positions both exist.
We do not run crews into the ground during a storm week. Long days happen; unsafe days do not.
